Job Description
 Implement and oversee key HR initiatives such as workforce planning, resourcing, talent
management, pay and reward, and employee engagement to support organizational goals.
 Lead and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, including restructuring, resourcing, and
employee engagement efforts, ensuring timely delivery in line with business needs.
 Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain,
and motivate top talent.
 Manage the performance-based reward systems, ensuring they are aligned with business
performance and individual contributions.
 Support the development and execution of talent management strategies to foster a highperformance culture.
 Lead people initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
 Develop and implement career development frameworks that support employees’ growth,
talent mobility, and retention.
 Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and provide support for career
advancement opportunities.
 Design and implement talent development programs, including leadership training,
mentorship, and skills development initiatives.
 Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career management programs, adjusting strategies
to meet evolving organizational needs.
 Design and lead a robust succession planning process to identify and develop future leaders
at all levels of the organization to ensure smooth transitions and minimize leadership gaps.
 Design programs that address employee concerns during periods of organizational change
and transformation.
 Translate organizational goals into HR objectives, supporting departmental plans with
effective HR practices aligned to Lily Hospitals’ mission and values.
 Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support benchmarking, strategy development, and
the measurement of HR outcomes.
 Ensure timely and accurate submission of internal and external HR reports, meeting the
hospital’s data requirements and compliance standards.
 Provide day-to-day direction to HR team members, supporting their development and
ensuring delivery of high-quality HR services
 Support continuity and quality in HR services, addressing any HR-related business
continuity issues to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
 Ensure compliance with all Lily Hospitals’ Policies, ISO standards, COHSASA, Kaizen,
regulatory & legal requirements including Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019
etc.
 Any other task as assigned to you by the Global Lead People & Culture.
