Key Responsibilities
* Mobilize deposits from individuals, SMEs, and corporate customers.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned location.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business retention and deposit mobilization.
* Conduct regular market visits and customer engagement activities.
* Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
* Generate quality loan opportunities and grow the firm's loan portfolio.
* Market and promote the firm's electronic products – Mobile App and Website.

Requirements
* B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 year’s experience in deposits mobilization or a similar role to marketing or business development within the banking or financial services industry.
* Knowledge of digital financial services and banking products
* Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
* Postgraduate qualifications or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
